We really enjoyed our stay, especially how close we were to Hohematte Park and the stunning views from our balcony, making our city strolls so easy and enjoyable. The super friendly staff made us feel welcomed, and the nice touches at dinner certainly enhanced our overall experience.

i had a wonderful stay here, much better than my last experience in interlaken. the room was spacious, with a nice balcony overlooking the mountains. breakfast was delightful, offering a great variety of fresh pastries and local cheeses that really stood out.

The hotel provided an excellent base for our family adventures, especially with one child. We loved exploring the breathtaking views of the iconic Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau peaks. After thrilling days, we appreciated the comfort of our room, which was clean and spacious.

My kids wished there were more breakfast options for kids, like pancakes or waffles, instead of just pastries and cereals.

However, we did have an issue with noise from guests below us who partied late at night, which disrupted our sleep. It took several calls to the front desk to address it.

The staff were incredible! They went above and beyond during our stay, making us feel right at home. Breakfast had lots of options, but the juices could've been fresher.

The Standard Twin Room was really spacious and clean, which was a plus. The beds were comfy, and we had a nice little balcony with a mountain view—totally worth it. The bathroom was small but functional with good toiletries. The only downside was the water pressure in the shower wasn’t that great, and there was no air conditioning, so it got a bit stuffy. Overall, it felt pretty cozy, even with those minor issues.
